WARRANT

The Warrant Unit’s primary focus is locating and arresting individuals that have outstanding warrants for their arrests. The Warrant Unit serves arrest warrants from a variety of different courts within Henry County including Municipal Courts, Magistrate Court, State Court, and Superior Court. They also serve warrants from other jurisdictions outside of the confines of Henry County including out-of-state warrants. Types of warrants which are served are failure to appear, violation of probation, juvenile arrest warrants, misdemeanor and felony warrants. To accomplish serving warrants, the Warrant Unit pursues all leads to effect the arrest of wanted persons within Henry County.
